Adam C. Leiber, an associate with the Firm, was born and raised in Texas, having grown up in The Woodlands. Mr. Leiber focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and business law, specifically in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate financing, business and real estate litigation, and entity formation.

Mr. Leiber graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. Upon graduation, Mr. Leiber began a career in finance, but soon went back to school and earned his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, with a focus in the areas of real estate and business law. He is currently a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, the Austin Bar Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Leiber worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General’s Office.

Mr. Leiber is an avid traveler, having spent time in over 20 different countries outside the United States. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Leiber spent a semester abroad studying finance at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Additionally, while in law school, he studied international law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
