Beth Coffey, serves as the Director of Business Development for Hay Compere PLLC. She grew up in San Angelo, Texas and spent many vacations at her family ranch in Marfa, Texas. Beth has been a proud South Austinite since 2004.

A 2008 graduate of St. Edward’s University, with a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Ethics, and a Mediation Certificate, Ms. Coffey has focused her career on social media marketing and referral-based lead generation. She received a B.A. in Theatre Arts, with a minor in Journalism and Communication, from Angelo State University and a Teaching Certificate from The University of Mary Hardin Baylor.

Balancing work, life, volunteerism, and community involvement is a mission that Ms. Coffey brings to the team at Hay Compere PLLC. She is a member of Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Community Committee seeking connections between Austin’s young business professionals and ways to implement community stewardship. She is also a member of Big Hearts for Brave Hearts, the Junior League of Austin, Leadership Austin, St. Edwards Masters in Organizational Leadership and Ethics Alumni and proudly supports Austin’s artists and musicians by frequently two-stepping in locally-owned venues.

Ms. Coffey has also enjoyed breaking Guinness Book World Records: In 2008 she assisted Meals on Wheels and Mangia Pizza in creating the world’s longest pizza; and in 2009 she participated in the largest group of guitar playing in Luckenbach, Texas. Additionally, she has had the rare opportunities of performing at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and presenting Cajun and Zydeco dance workshops at the Smithsonian Folk Life Festival in Washington D.C.
