Leigh Richards, serves as one of the Marketing Directors for Hay Compere PLLC. She grew up in Lubbock, Texas and has been in Austin for the past 20 years with an exception of 5 years living in San Antonio and Dallas. She lives in central Austin with her husband and daughter.

Leigh is a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Education. She studied Spanish abroad in Alajuela, Costa Rica. She balances work, volunteering, community involvement and family. Leigh is a member of the Elizabeth Ann Seton Board, Junior League of Austin and Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumna Association. She volunteers on the American Cancer Society Shopping Card committee as well as a parent volunteer at Casis Elementary.
