Ray J. Daniel, CMB is a 1970 Graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. At UT, he also served as President of The Chi Phi Fraternity in his Senior Year. He is a 1974 Law Graduate of The Bates College of Law at the University of Houston. Ray has Served the Mortgage Banking Industry for the past 39 Years in Retail Mortgage Origination with North American Mortage , Cornerstone Mortgage and Network Funding LP. On the Legal Side, Ray has represented Shanks,Tritter,Ledbetter & Daniel PC , Middleberg,Riddle & Giana PC and Polunsky & Beitel PC. Ray also founded and managed the Law Firm of R.J.Daniel & Associates PC. from 1997 to 2010. He served The Texas Mortgage Bankers Association as its Secretary-Tresurer,Vice-President and President from 2000 to 2002. He held the position of Chairman of the State & Local Advisory Council for the MBA of America from 2004-2006, also serving on the MBA Board of Directors during that time. He Received his CMB designation, as Well as the TMBA Distinquished Service Award in 2004. He has held his Texas Real Estate Broker’s License since 1974. In 2010, he acquired his NMLS Mortgage Banker’s License. His entire career has been dedicated to Leadership in The Mortgage Banking Industry in Texas and Nationally.
