Escrow Fee: $325 for Refinance / $275 for Sale per side
Tax Cert: $33.05 (may vary on county by county basis)
Recording: $16 1st page and $4 each additional page (may vary on county by county basis)
E-Recording: $3 (may vary on county by county basis)
Title Policy: TBD
Guaranty Fee: $2 per policy
Mobile Notary Fee: $100-175 (as needed, paid to 3rd party, varies by transaction)
